About Sincere’s
Sincere’s started with a simple idea:
Great cookies don’t need shortcuts.
Somewhere along the way, baked goods became filled with seed oils, preservatives, and ingredients you can’t pronounce. It really isn't necessary to use 60 ingredients in a cookie.
At Sincere’s, we make bakery-style cookies using organic flour, no seed oils, and no preservatives. Just real and quality ingredients, baked fresh, because that’s how we believe things are supposed to be.
Why We Do This
After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder I got very serious about the kinds of ingredients I consumed hoping a more selective diet would alleviate some of my symptoms and it worked.
Cutting out seed oils significantly reduced inflammation and gave me the idea to start Sincere's as a dessert alternative that's equally or more delicious, but with none of the weird stuff and less than half the ingredients as everyone else.
That means:

If we wouldn’t bake it for ourselves or our friends, we won’t sell it.
What Makes Sincere’s Different

We use high-quality King Arthur's organic flour because it matters.
No Seed Oils
Seed oils don’t belong in cookies. Period.
No Preservatives
Our cookies are baked fresh, not engineered to sit on a shelf for months. They also freeze and reheat extremely well so shelf life is never an issue.
Baked Locally
Everything is made in small batches in Calimesa with attention to detail you can taste.
Free Delivery
No one likes paying for delivery and no one wants to leave their house just for cookies, so we go straight to you for no extra charge.
Our Philosophy
Sincere’s is built around freshness and simplicity.
We bake, pack, and deliver with care 100% in house.
We all know sugar is the price we’re willing to pay for something sweet.
But the other stuff wasn’t part of the deal.
So we left it out.
